CECI Forms If you would like to join the Consumers Energy Cooperative, please download the membership form, print it, and fill in your information. Send it back to the CECI office with the $15 membership fee and your appropriate security deposit, and we will process it right away. If you have any questions, see our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page, or contact the CECI office for more information. If you would also like a service contract, please include the cost of that as well so we can get you set up right away.
